Unity Be Inspired Challenge..i love you...

I haven't been spending any time crafting as I would like to be until today. I received my KOM yesterday and so happy to get to play with it. I used Echo Park's dp This & That to put this fun Valentine together. I also used early espresso, hazelnut tan and red. A bit of embroidery thread and we'll call it good!  I love this new kit. The possibilities are endless.
Check out the Unity Blog to play here. There are 3 challenges you can do…I did two together. The color and the sketch.
Have a lovely day!

Here are the challenges

TTSTV Challenge 79-Z fold card by Jane

Truth be told, I wasn't too excited about this card….special folds scare me because no matter how hard I try, I can never score or fold just right. Nuff said!  I LOVE how this came out and I thank Jane for doing it.  It came together super quick. I stamped my images in black and used pearlescent watercolors. I used the stamp sets Big Blooms and Lots of Words. Head on over to mfpspeedytv and check out the tutorial time challenge.

Here is the stamp set you can win for participating!

I had fun using this set. Reminds me of my aunt that was an antique dealer. For some reason,  this post didn't get my photo….sorry. I did cracked glass for this family.

I had fun with this. I punched my circle and then stamped the pine a few times in versa mark and embossed in black…I masked the two in the center. The deer was stamped on hazelnut tan and fussy cut. Next, I masked my moon and brayered a layer of pixie pink and then island indigo and sponged black around edges. For the moon, I used pearlescent white and then some moon beams, too. The black was embossed with a wood bg and then I used the pearlescent white on that, too. The sentiment was embossed in black. The sentiment is from the set Peaceful Nuthatch.
